A full turn key apartment renovation in Dubai Hills for a holiday home company. The client provided the designs; TMTS took the unit from a developer-empty shell to a fully built, furnished and styled interior — including all custom furniture — in three weeks.

A full turn key holiday home, built to the client's designs.

Socio is a Dubai Hills apartment we delivered for a holiday home operator. The unit was handed over to us developer-empty — a bare shell with no finishes, no joinery and no furniture.

The client supplied the interior designs and TMTS executed the complete build: flooring, wall finishes, ceilings, cove lighting, MEP coordination, joinery, painting and final styling — all under one contract and one site team.

Every furniture piece in the apartment was custom-made in our workshop — beds, headboards, the floating TV console, the kitchen joinery and the bespoke storage — so the interior matches the designs exactly and is built to hold up to holiday-let use.
